Terms of Service

ToddlerVid turns images you upload into short AI-generated videos. Output is artistic and may differ from your source image. Examples on the site are labelled as AI-generated.

We may change features, prices, or availability at any time. Prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or use the Service with a parent or guardian’s permission.

You are responsible for what you upload. You must have the right to use and share each image (including photos of children and school classes) and any text you submit. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content.

We may refuse, remove, or cancel orders that violate these Terms or our content rules, including automated moderation checks.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card may be authorized at checkout; we capture the charge only after your video is successfully generated, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If generation fails after payment authorization, we release the hold or refund any captured amount for the affected order, as described in our systems and communications.

Each purchase is for a digital video deliverable. Unless required by mandatory consumer law, fees are non-refundable once generation succeeds and your download is available.

After successful payment, you receive a link to preview and download your video. Download links and files are available for a limited time (currently 48 hours), shown during checkout and in your receipt email. Save your file before the window ends.

We are not obliged to store your video indefinitely. Email is the primary way to recover a link if you lose access to your browser session.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI and storage providers).

We own the Service, brand, and site content except for your uploads and generated outputs delivered to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape the Service, or overload our systems.
• Misrepresent AI-generated videos as non-AI where that would mislead others in a regulated context.

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI output may be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, ToddlerVid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data after the stated download window. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with a “Last updated” date.
